About our collab partner Ate Ethel's Fond Memories
A touch of the Filipino culture at your door step.
Ethel Martinez, shop owner of Ate Ethel's Fond Memories, is a 2nd Generation Filipino-American and currently resides in Yorba Linda, CA with her husband and two kids.
Although she’s a professional graphic designer by day, she loves working on this beloved Filipino-themed shop by night.
Ethel has always been strongly inspired by her parents and her imaginative youth. She wants to tell her story and how she remembered the Philippines through art. She’s also hoping that her Filipino customers get that sense of nostalgia or a “gunita” when they see her designs. She understands that even though Filipinos work hard and cannot be home in the Philippines at the moment, she hopes that her designs will bring them joy when they're feeling home sick.
However, do keep in mind that Ate Ethel's Fond Memories is a shop for EVERYONE. Mabuhay!
