All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. customers:

- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method unless specified as a fix shipping cost as specified on the shopping cart.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

International Shipping

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of checkout. PinoyRising.com is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
